The Opportunity: We're on the lookout for a motivated and reliable Labourer / General Fencer to join our crew. This full-time role involves hands-on work across a variety of fencing projects — from residential and rural to large-scale commercial installations.
Key Duties:
• Assist with fence installation including steel, timber, security fencing etc
• Use of hand and power tools
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment
• Digging holes, mixing concrete, setting posts
• General site clean-up and manual labour tasks
• Work as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently
What We're Looking For:
• Previous fencing or construction experience (preferred but not essential)
• Physically fit with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Current driver's licence
• White Card (Construction Induction Card) – essential
• Medium Rigid truck licence and/or machinery tickets a bonus, but not required
