Job Title: Education Facility Attendant
Description: We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as an Education Facility Attendant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of facilities, including classrooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces;
* Clean and maintain equipment and furniture, ensuring they are in good working order;
* Perform minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and unclogging drains;
* Assist with setting up and dismantling equipment and materials for events and activities;
* Participate in regular cleaning schedules to ensure facilities are maintained to a high standard.
Requirements:
* Holding or ability to obtain Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status – Employment);
* Able to work independently and as part of a team;
* Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
* Prior experience in a similar role or related field is highly desirable;
* A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Working Conditions:
