The Role
This exciting opportunity is for a Statutory Approvals and Contract Administration Officer to join our Assets Department. You'll help ensure that legislation requirements and corporate policies are met in a timely manner.
You will provide expert project and administrative support related to land tenure, planning, environmental, and cultural heritage matters, assisting the department in the planning and delivery of major and minor capital projects.
Your Skills and Experience
* A qualification in Planning or equivalent experience
* Experience interpreting legislation relating to statutory planning and project delivery
* Ability to build relationships and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
* Project management skills combined with task prioritization and management
