The Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS), South Eastern Section are seeking an individual to join our Outback Trek Café as a Food and Beverage Attendant whose passion is providing excellent customer service on a casual basis.
Responsibilities
* Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and specialty beverages.
* Cleaning and sanitising work areas, utensils and equipment.
* Cleaning service and seating areas.
* Greet customers appropriately and help them decide on a beverage or food when needed.
* Upsell store items when the prospect arises.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Experience as a barista.
* Prior relevant experience in a commercial kitchen setting.
* Be punctual, reliable, and conscientious in the performance of all duties.
Working Hours
Approximately 10+ hours per week across weekdays and weekends, with increased hours available during school holidays.
