We are seeking a part-time team member to join our Multi-Channel Branch in Warren. As a customer-centric professional, you will provide exceptional service to our customers through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers with general banking transactions, answer questions and resolve issues
* BUILD lasting relationships with customers by engaging in meaningful conversations and using in-branch technology and digital banking options
* Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify opportunities for growth
* Process applications for personal loans, credit cards, and associated products
* Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience
