We're on the hunt for an Interior Designer to work on our F&B and Commercial portfolio that has a sharp eye, strong work ethic, and a passion for shaping the human experience through design. What You'll Be Doing
Reporting into a Senior Designer, you'll be working on the end-to-end delivery of projects - from Concept through to Completion. That means:
Driving our Design process for the business' F&B and Commercial Portfolio,
Preparing Full documentation packages for Construction and Tender,
Managing Subconsultants
Managing the Tender Process,
Navigating Planning and Building permits,
Managing Projects on-site and coordinating with Builders,
Balancing creativity with practical delivery in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
What You'll Need
3+ years of relevant experience in Design, with a strong portfolio of F&B/Commercial work
Proficiency in Revit and Lumion (non-negotiable)
Strong understanding of Documentation, Detailing, Construction methods, and Local Codes
Experience with the Full Project Lifecycle - including Planning and Building Permit processes, Managing Subconsultants, Builders and Clients
Strong communication and project management skills
Driver's Licence
A strong work ethic with the ability to handle multiple projects at once
