Human Resources Manager - Global Technology Leader
About the Role:

With a strong presence across Australia, they are now seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and drive strategic initiatives across multiple departments, including Sales, Customer Service, IT, and Operations .
This role, based in Western Sydney, is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic HR professional to shape policies, enhance workforce engagement, and contribute to organisational success. The role will cover the workforce in NSW & ACT.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Leadership - Align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring compliance and best practices.
2. Business Partnering - Work closely with senior leaders to proactively address workforce challenges and drive performance.
3. End-to-End HR Management - Oversee recruitment, employee relations, training, remuneration, industrial relations, and workplace safety.
4. Performance & Culture - Provide expert guidance on performance management, talent development, and employee engagement.
5. Continuous Improvement - Monitor HR processes and identify areas for enhancement to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Team Leadership - Manage and develop the NSW HR team to deliver exceptional HR support.
7. Workplace Health & Safety - Collaborate with WH&S teams to implement initiatives that promote a safe and compliant work environment.
About You:
1. Experienced HR Professional - 8-10 years' HR experience in a mid-to-large organisation, with leadership experience.
2. Industrial Relations Expertise - Strong understanding of employment legislation, enterprise agreements, and union negotiations.
3. Strategic & Relationship-Focused - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
4. Multi-Disciplinary HR Knowledge - Proven capability across learning & development, remuneration, workforce planning, and change management.
5. Detail-Oriented & Compliance-Driven - High attention to detail, particularly in written communication and HR compliance.
6. Tech-Savvy - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) ; experience with HRIS (Oracle HCM) and SAP Payroll is advantageous.
