Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Site Operations Manager to oversee the structural aspects of our renewable energy projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of FRP installations across regional sites.
Your primary focus will be on managing and supervising teams on structural activities, including FRP steel and concrete structures. You will also implement and enforce WHS quality and environmental procedures on FIFO sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Team Management: Lead and supervise teams on structural activities including FRP steel and concrete structures
* Quality Assurance: Ensure all works comply with design drawings specifications and industry standards particularly FRP applications
* Risk Management: Implement and enforce WHS quality and environmental procedures on FIFO sites
* Project Coordination: Coordinate with project engineers supervisor subcontractors and suppliers to maintain schedule and quality
* Talent Development: Mentor and develop junior supervisors and site personnel to achieve operational excellence
