What You'll Be Doing
* VIP Travel Planning : Design and manage tailor‑made itineraries for VIP clients within major corporations - making every journey seamless and unforgettable.
* Expert Travel Arrangements : Use your fare and itinerary know-how to coordinate flights, hotels, car hire, and ground transfers with precision.
* Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong relationships with VIP travellers, understanding their needs and going the extra mile to exceed expectations.
* Issue Resolution : Handle any travel hiccups with confidence, ensuring smooth solutions and minimal disruptions.
* Vendor Negotiation : Work with key travel partners to secure the best rates and premium experiences for clients.
* Industry Knowledge : Stay ahead of travel trends and destination insights to deliver up‑to‑date, expert advice.
* Administrative Support : Manage documentation, invoicing, and reporting with accuracy and efficiency.
* Team Collaboration : Be part of a supportive, high‑performing team that loves what they do
What You'll Bring
* Minimum 2 years experience in a travel role, ideally within Corporate or VIP Travel Management
* Strong GDS proficiency
* Strong knowledge of IATA rules, fare construction and complex itineraries
* Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle high‑pressure situations with ease
* A keen eye for detail, proactive mindset, and professional attitude
