Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to manage our daily finance operations.
* Manage financial transactions, accounts payable and receivable, month-end closing, job profitability, and project time reporting checks.
* Oversee client billing, evidence management, revenue forecasts, and project financial health.
* Handle procurement operations: liaise with client procurement teams, vendors, manage tenders, VMS systems, vendor pools, and cost-saving initiatives.
* Evaluate compliance with relevant policies and maintain high-quality vendor standards.
* Prepare reports and analysis for HQ/RHQ, supporting informed decision-making.
About the Role
This role requires 5+ years of experience in finance operations, procurement, or retail fixture. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting, billing, project management, and high-volume data processing.
