Employee Experience Coordinator


Description:

We are seeking an Employee Experience Coordinator to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to drive culture, engagement, and wellbeing across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging onboarding experiences, championing a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and respect. They will plan and coordinate a calendar of events, activities, and social initiatives to promote employee recognition, celebrate achievements, and advance diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Additionally, the Employee Experience Coordinator will recommend and implement wellness programs for mental, physical, and emotional health, monitor and evaluate the impact of culture initiatives through surveys and feedback, and drive participation and engagement through creative internal communications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and deliver engaging onboarding experiences
* Champion a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and respect
* Plan and coordinate events, activities, and social initiatives
* Manage employee recognition programs and celebrate achievements
* Partner with leaders to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion
* Recommend and implement wellness programs
* Monitor and evaluate culture initiatives
* Drive participation and engagement


About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Proven experience in a similar workplace experience role
* Strong HR knowledge and experience supporting employee engagement, onboarding, and cultural initiatives
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities
* Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive with a positive, customer-focused mindset
* Passionate about diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing
* Comfortable working with HRIS and survey tools
