What do you do?
* Designing and developing innovative payment and self‑service solutions
* Conducting R&D on hardware and software prototypes, evaluating emerging technologies
* Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to optimise product performance
* Supporting testing, validation, and deployment of new systems
* Documenting technical research, project progress, and findings
* Continuously identifying improvements to existing product lines
What do you need?
* Tertiary qualification (Certificate IV, Diploma, or Degree) in IT, Computer Science, or Electronics
* Previous experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support, or R&D Technician
* Knowledge of ITIL or other service improvement methodologies
* Experience with electronics or electro‑mechanical systems (cash accepting/dispensing equipment ideal)
* Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies
* Proficient in Office 365 and comfortable working across multiple operating systems
