What You'll Be Doing:
* Collaborate with clients, conducting thorough assessments and providing guidance on life-changing career transitions.
* Develop tailored Return to Work (RTW) plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration.
* Build relationships with health professionals, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to create solutions that benefit everyone involved.
* Identify barriers and design strategies to overcome them, ensuring safer and healthier workplaces.

Requirements:
* Hold a Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology.
* Be registered with ASORC or AHPRA.
