Job Overview:
The role of Regional Manager is to lead and manage the operational delivery, resourcing, and client service across a designated cleaning contract region.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee operational efficiency, resource allocation, and service standards across all assigned regions.
* Lead Area Managers in ensuring day-to-day operations meet contractual obligations.
* Manage workforce planning, staffing levels, and resourcing strategies across all regions.
* Monitor regional KPIs, service quality, attendance performance, and cleaning standards.
* Ensure effective management of regional labour budgets, overtime, and relief resourcing.
* Promote staff development, competency growth, coaching, and People & Culture initiatives.
Requirements:
* Minimum five years of experience in an operational leadership position.
* Proven track record in managing budgets, labour allocation, and operational cost controls.
* Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with all organisational levels.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* High level of organisational and time-management expertise.
