About the Role
As our Breakfast Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will:
Assist the Restaurant & Bar Manager with day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets.
Oversee the smooth operation of breakfast service at Cribb Island Beach Club.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the breakfast team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
Coordinate with the kitchen on special requests and dietary requirements.
Handle guest queries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
About You
Previous experience in a similar supervisory or team leader role within hospitality.
Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards.
RSA and Food Safety Certification (mandatory).
A positive, "can-do" attitude and passion for delivering outstanding service.
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
Well-presented and professional at all times.
