What you'll achieve
As a Support Consultant (Pharmacy Solution) you will be part of a highly successful clinical support team, utilising your skills in the support and maintenance of our market-leading software applications for the hospital and healthcare workplace.
* Provide superior task management incorporating incident triage, analysis and resolution; problem/defect identification and categorisation.
* Deliver quality task (incident and problem) resolution focused on support and maintenance related client interactions and effectively manage within contracted service level timeframes/targets.
* Provide functional and technical advice and knowledge, both internally and externally, pertaining to Dedalus medication management solutions.
* Develop a strong working relationship with our customers to foster collaboration and facilitate growth.
* Participate in a rotating roster for out-of-hour support of incidents.
Essential Requirements
* 4+ years' experience in Service Desk L2/L3 support of applications pertaining to healthcare or similar.
* Experience in hospital medication management / clinical pharmacy services.
* Providing functional and technical support for healthcare IT systems.
* Highly proficient in written and verbal communications.
Desirable Requirements
* Degree in Health Information Management and/or Information Technology.
* Current pharmacy registration or similar.
* Understanding of ITIL processes.
* Understanding of interfacing and HL7 messaging.
* MS SQL read and write experience.
