Regional Sales Manager Job Description
CrowdStrike is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead our Enterprise business in Canberra. This role involves taking product capabilities and value to potential and existing clients, protecting organisations against advanced attackers.
The successful candidate will be extremely results-driven, customer-focused, technologically savvy, and innovative at building internal relationships and external partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify, develop, and execute account strategies to close new business opportunities and expand revenue with customers across the assigned region.
2. Scope, negotiate, and bring to closure agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets.
3. Target and gain access to decision-makers in key prospect accounts in the assigned territory.
4. Establish access and maintain existing relationships with key decision-makers in industry, partners, and enterprise customers.
5. Collaborate with peers across functions to create visibility with target accounts and drive engagement of target prospects.
6. Work cooperatively with partners to leverage their established account presence and relationships.
7. Capture, maintain, and disseminate accurate and relevant prospect information using Salesforce.com.
8. Be familiar and comfortable with the MEDDPICC sales methodology framework.
Requirements:
* Strong, proven experience selling Cybersecurity technologies.
* Proven successful track record meeting and/or exceeding individually owned quota and performance metrics.
* Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex multivariate problems, and use a systematic approach to gain swift resolution.
* Significant and proven experience developing relationships with senior executives and alliance partners.
* Aptitude in the cybersecurity market; understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems and ability to explain complicated concepts to various audiences and skill levels.
* Outstanding presentation, written, verbal, and closing skills.
* Strong time management, organisational, and decision-making skills.
* Self-motivated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
