Asset Manager Position Overview
This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of the team at a landmark facility, playing a strategic role in infrastructure development and project management.
The successful candidate will contribute to the economic strength of the region by coordinating asset lifecycle planning, inspections, and preventative infrastructure maintenance through to contractor oversight, compliance, and capital renewals.
This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong background in infrastructure-related project management, asset lifecycles, and business case development, along with a sound understanding of how to use relevant software to track, maintain, and report on physical assets.

Key Responsibilities
* Liaising with customers to meet their needs
* Ensuring facilities are in accordance with maintenance and building compliance procedures
* Strategic planning with infrastructure development and relevant project development or management
* Implementing operating standards including safety, environmental, and quality (technical)
* Asset and renewal management
* Ensuring facility maintenance is consistently at a high standard
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in Project/Facility Management and/or Events or similar
* Infrastructure and Overlay Management experience
* Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* Driver Licence
* Immunisations Hepatitis, Tetanus & Q Fever (or willingness to undergo)
