About the Position
This role involves providing administration, coordination and technical support of training activities to ensure efficient services are delivered to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting key stakeholders in health and training matters
2. Maintaining a comprehensive onsite training database for accuracy, quality and engagement purposes
3. Ensuring that LAAMP and OSTE Systems are functional and compliant with site access and contractor management processes
4. Maintaining and facilitating the site induction process, as well as maintaining a site training calendar
5. Scheduling employee training courses aligned with approved training budgets and training needs analysis outlined in the training scheme
6. Maintaining required competencies of senior leadership teams in line with RS22
7. Implementing and tracking approved safety and/or training projects as required
8. Providing support to frontline management to maintain high standards of training needs
9. Assisting with the maintenance and review of the site safety and health management system document management system
10. Providing reporting requirements associated with the training function
11. Participating in safety interactions and maintaining KPI compliance
