About the Role
Come and join the small, friendly team at Bega Renal Dialysis Unit. We offer comprehensive training on dialysis and access, with full support from our staff. This role involves delivering person-centered nursing care in collaboration with patients and the healthcare team, supervising less experienced clinicians, and applying evidence-based practice.

Requirements
Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
Competency in multidisciplinary team nursing care
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with evidence-based practice and critical thinking
Leadership and supervisory skills
Recent clinical experience and commitment to professional development
Ability to prioritize and organize workload
Additional Information
This is a Category ‘A’ position requiring compliance with NSW Health vaccination policies, including influenza vaccination.
