We're seeking experienced carers who can commit to helping residents with daily tasks and mobility support in Port Macquarie, Wauchope and Kempsey.
* Cert III/IV Individual Support or equivalent is a must, along with a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and other required certifications.
In this role, you'll provide personal care assistance, communication support and implement therapies according to treatment plans. You'll also maintain accurate patient records and build strong relationships with residents.
