Our Area Manager role is a senior leadership and planning role, which in other companies may align with a Regional Manager title.
We are currently hiring for AMs in all areas, with a focus on the North-East region. Note that our office is based in East Melbourne.
Job Description
What will you do
* Coach and mentor Coordinators across your portfolio
* Drive quality care, enrolment growth, and financial performance
* Promote collaborative relationships within the portfolio and with support teams, focusing on safety and adherence to all regulatory requirements
* Build strong relationships across teams while keeping everything safe and compliant
* Step in during critical incidents and plan ahead for training needs
Qualifications
Who are we looking for
* Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent) is essential; a Bachelor's Degree is highly desirable
* Proven Area Manager/ senior leadership experience in the School Aged Care sector, with demonstrated results in quality, financial, and people outcomes
A confident communicator with high emotional intelligence and a can-do attitude
Someone who gets stuck in and leads by example
