Electrical Commissioning Engineer - (189017)

About Us

At HDR, we specialise in engineering, architecture, environmental and construction services. While we are most well-known for adding beauty and structure to communities through high-performance buildings and smart infrastructure, we provide much more than that. We create an unshakable foundation for progress because our multidisciplinary teams also include scientists, economists, builders, analysts and artists.

We believe that the way we work can add meaning and value to the world. That ideas inspire positive change. That colouring outside the lines can illuminate fresh perspectives. And that small details yield important realisations. Above all, we believe that collaboration is the best way forward.

The Role

To support a range of projects across our Building Engineering Service Team, HDR is seeking an Electrical Commissioning Engineer to join our Melbourne team. We currently provide commissioning services to a range of building services projects across Victoria, and we are looking for an experienced Cx Engineer or Commissioning Technician to join our global network.

* Manage attendance and reporting of factory tests.
* Undertake and report on inspections and tests.
* Attend project and internal meetings as needed.
* Manage detailed recording of meetings.
* Record of detailed progress pre-requisites.

About You
* Demonstrated experience in commissioning or facility engineering, ideally working within the Mission Critical (Data Centre) and/or Health sectors.

* You hold Australian Citizenship (Baseline or higher Australian Government Security Clearance, or eligibility to obtain) - required. To check your eligibility, please visit the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency website.
* You are committed to quality, improvement and HDR values
* You are proactive, organised and ready to take ownership of commissioning outcomes on complex projects.

Commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must. #LI-CG3
