Sales and Marketing Manager Opportunity
The primary objective of this role is to spearhead our commercial strategy, driving revenue growth, elevating our brand presence, and fostering relationships that position our Residences as the Gold Coast's most desirable address.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop a comprehensive revenue management plan for property sales and accommodation, optimize pricing, yield, and distribution strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability.
2. Drive property and accommodation sales through targeted initiatives, build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients, real estate agents, and corporate networks, manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
