As a Store Manager at our Armidale location, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a warm and welcoming shopping experience that exceeds their expectations. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, maintaining company merchandising standards, and being an integral part of a high-performing team.

Requirements:
* Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience
* Supervisory experience is highly desirable
* Cash handling and EFTPOS skills are essential
* Stock handling, replenishment and merchandising knowledge is necessary
* Understanding of sales budgets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is ideal
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
* A passion for fashion footwear is essential
