Further information can be found by viewing UQ's .# **About You**We are eagerly seeking candidates who possess:* A PhD in pharmacy, pharmacy practice or a related field.* AHPRA Registration as a pharmacist.* Experience and evidence of high-quality teaching at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level.* Professional experience and expertise enabling you to teach pharmacy practice and cognate disciplines, including but not limited to, clinical therapeutics, professional practice, social and ethical dimensions of practice and clinical epidemiology.* Experience in course coordination.* A developing reputation and track record of publications in reputed refereed journals and presenting at conferences.In addition, the following would be considered highly desirable:* Demonstrated contributions to the development and continuous innovation of new programs, curriculum design and course material in the area of pharmacy practice.* A growing record of supervision of Research Higher Degree students.* Evidence of successfully seeking, obtaining and managing external research funding.* Experience leading internal service roles at a School level while also actively contributing to external activities within the wider profession.Appointment to this role is subject to the successful completion of relevant pre-employment checks including verification of the right to work in Australia (employer sponsored work rights are not available for this appointment) and other role-specific requirements such as AHPRA Registration.
