Currently on track for over 150+ residential builds for 2025/26 they have been seeing some exciting growth over recent years and now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the Director your day to day duties will include :
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the construction team delivering homes from the Gold-Sunshine Coast region.
- Guide, mentor and support supervisors, apprentices, and contractors.
- Oversee multiple high-value residential projects end to end, from handover to completion, ensuring high quality, safety, cost control, and client satisfaction at all times.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely, on-budget delivery without compromising craftsmanship.
- Provide support with quoting, project estimation, and feasibility reviews.
- Build excellent relationships with clients, guiding them through the construction process with clear communication and expert advice.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence across all construction activities.
We are looking for someone who has proven leadership within volume/custom residential construction and has previously worked as a Construction OR Area manager looking after a team of supervisors.
Other requirements :
- Strong technical knowledge of Australian building codes, WHS legislation and quality management processes.
- Financial and organisational acumen to manage budgets, schedules and resources across multiple sites.
- Experience leading and mentoring Construction teams, with the ability to foster a high‑performance culture and resolve issues promptly.
- A proactive, solutions‑driven mindset, with a passion for delivering quality homes and continuous improvement.
- Excellent references from Senior Management required
