 
        
        **The Role**
We are seeking a Digital Marketing and Communications Executive to join our Business Development and Marketing team. You will form part of a collaborative team with a strong focus on client service. This role will be responsible for providing strategic digital marketing insights and advice to the wider BDM team, industry and client groups to support the broader marketing and communications strategy.
Design / brand 
- Design and implement the digital marketing and communication strategy to maximise brand, traffic and engagement through across all digital channels; 
- Advise on digital design work across all areas of the firm, complying with brand standards; 
- Provide advice and recommendations to BDM team and others in the firm on social media initiatives and support on implementation, including LinkedIn training and guidance for legal teams; 
- Manage, monitor and report on the performance of our firm website and social media pages through search engine marketing (SEM) strategies and search engine optimization (SEO) tactics; 
- Create brand compliant, cost effective and high-quality creative material based on briefs/requests from internal stakeholders.
Website/CRM 
- Manage and make recommendations about ongoing website maintenance by maintaining functionality and executing updates including proofing, editing and loading content; 
- Liaise with third party suppliers to ensure delivery of support services to enhance and maintain website functionality; and 
- Operate as firm wide CRM champion driving advocacy through training and developing user tips to increase user competency.
Communications 
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to meet specific BD objectives and goals; 
- Provide advice and recommendations on eDMs for articles and publications, including areas of improvements on layout, content and best channel to market based on audience profile; 
- Support the social media strategy and provide effective management of our social media channels; 
- Work with the Chief Operating Officer to identify media opportunities in order to generate positive media coverage and enhance the firm brand; and 
- Provide support with writing and communications projects to support external and internal communications initiatives
**Experience** 
- Experience developing engaging creative content for website and digital advertising; 
- Experience presenting ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams; 
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build sound working relationships at all levels within the firm; 
- Ability to design and create prototypes, mock-ups and high-quality graphics; 
- Demonstrable knowledge of social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram; 
- Experience using and reporting data through SEM and SEO tactics; 
- Take a hands-on approach, be proactive and have a collaborative working style; 
- High attention to detail with strong proof reading ability; 
- Capacity to contribute to project activities and ability to organise and prioritise workflow including timely updates on deliverables status; 
- Flexibility to undertake a range of complex tasks, manage conflicting priorities and work hours necessary to meet business objectives; 
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint), InDesign, Photoshop and WordPress; and 
- Experience with CRM systems.
