Event Coordinator Role Overview
Crowne Plaza Perth is a riverside hotel situated in beautiful East Perth with picturesque Langley Park at its doorstep. The hotel offers stunning views of the Swan River from its Restaurant & Bar, Gusti, located at the front of the hotel. Guests can dine on the alfresco terrace surrounded by palm trees or enjoy the Lobby bar with ample seating options.
The hotel features meeting spaces that can accommodate up to 80 guests, providing a comfortable and confidential environment for events and meetings. We are seeking a dynamic professional with a passion for delivering exceptional events and sales experiences.
This role involves coordinating event bookings, proactive and reactive sales functions, and liaising with clients to convert queries into sales and bookings. Key responsibilities include preparing event contracts, issuing Banqueting Event Orders (BEO's), finalizing client payments, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in events or sales is advantageous but not essential. You must possess the legal right to work in Australia and have a flexible work schedule.
