Responsibilities 
- Troubleshoot and fix tech issues with hardware, software, networks, and mobile devices. 
- Create easy-to-understand guides to help teammates level up their skills. 
- Welcome new team members with onboarding support and tech setup. 
- Keep our IT assets organized and up-to-date. 
- Travel interstate now and then to roll out new systems and tech upgrades. 
What you’ll need 
- 1-2 years in a Service Desk or similar role. 
- A relevant IT qualification or degree (or working towards one). 
- Know your way around Microsoft tools: Active Directory, Windows 10/11, Office365, Teams, Intune, iOS devices. 
- Bonus points for experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), SharePoint, or Dynamics. 
- A great phone communicator who loves building relationships. 
- Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn. 
- Willing to work outside usual hours on occasions and travel interstate when needed.
