Wanted Casual Commi / Demi Chef level, with previous à la carte experience,
Working hours: afternoon shifts starting from 2:30 / 3:30pm finishing 8:00 / 8:30pm.
Occasional morning shift.
Must have working right to work in Australia.
Cooking modern day Australian cuisine, prepare meals to standards required and set.
Control stock & Mise en place to business needs to control food cost and wastage.
Assist & have input with daily special, and menu ideas.
Aged Care catering desirable but not necessary.
Dietary understanding.
Good understanding of HACCP requirements, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards to levels required.
