About the Position
Reporting to the Town Maintenance Coordinator, you’ll supervise and mentor Town Maintenance Officers in maintaining and upgrading:
* Parks and gardens;
* Public spaces;
* Roads; and
* Minor plant and equipment.
You’ll ensure safe, high‑quality operations and help keep Onslow looking its best with some travel to other Shire towns when required.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has experience supervising or leading town maintenance teams;
* Is confident working outdoors in Pilbara‑like conditions;
* Has lawn, garden, or horticulture experience;
* Holds MR or HR licence; and
* Plant operator certificates or Horticulture (highly advantageous).
