About the Opportunity

PARC Engineering is seeking experienced & proactive HSE Advisors & Senior HSE Advisors to join our expanding team on a variety of upcoming FIFO 2/1 Projects across WA & NT. These roles offer the opportunity to be a key contributor to PARC’s health, safety and environmental management across a wide range of construction projects, with the chance to grow within the company as we continue to scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert health, safety and environmental advice, ensuring compliance with OHS&E; regulations and company safety policies
- Conduct workplace investigations, including ICAMs, audits and risk assessments, while identifying incident trends and implementing corrective action plans
- Provide support for the HSEQ process, including incident investigation, weekly & monthly reporting
- Promote and drive a strong safety culture across site, while supporting & mentoring managers as required across the business to ensure continuous improvement in injury and incident prevention
- Update essential HSE documentation, including compliance, VOC and risk registers as well as inspection documentation
- Conduct drug & alcohol testing as required
- Ensure all safety procedures, policies and supporting documentation are up to date and aligned with regulatory requirements
- Build & maintain strong relationships with clients

Role Requirements

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar HSE role within a mining or civil construction environment
- Minimum Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (WHS)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong knowledge of safety systems, risk mitigation, injury management and workplace compliance
- A high level of computer literacy
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
- Demonstrated commitment to health and safety best practices
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
- Current First Aid & LVR/CPR certificate
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (highly desirable)
