Position: Specialist, Business Support Administrator
Location: SC Johnson & Son Pty Ltd, 160 Epping Road, Lane Cove West, NSW 2066
Salary range: $70,000-$80,000 plus Superannuation

The Business Support Administrator is pivotal in providing high quality business, facilities, and project administration to the Australian operation. This person is not only the welcoming face of the business for visitors to the Lane Cove site and staff within the organisation, but also supports all service streams offered by the ANZ Administration team.
About the Role:
In this busy role you will -
1. Undertake the administration of organisational programs, special projects, front office management and support services
2. Respond to enquiries and resolve problems concerning assigned projects and day to day operation of the Lane Cove site
3. Oversee work performed by contractors and report variations on work orders to management
4. Manage paperwork associated with contracts, programs, projects and services provided onsite including reconciliation of purchase orders in line with projected budgets and managing invoicing against budget.
5. Vendor management for new vendors and vendor changes in SAP, based on current projects and site needs, including building relationships with vendors and managing appropriate documentation.
6. Work with key stakeholders to collect and analyse projects and report on outcomes.
7. Identify, provide analysis, and take steps to materialise potential cost savings through sustainable continuous improvement and process efficiencies
8. Manage payroll deductions for staff, including maintaining accurate records and reconciliation of all payments at the end of the month
What You’ll Bring:
9. Relevant work experience of +3 years in a corporate or project administration role
10. Interface and build relationships with multiple levels and functions internal and external to the organisation
11. High degree of initiative and excellent problem-solving skills
12. Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
13. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
14. Business or project administration qualifications highly regarded
15. Experience with SAP or other Purchase Order processing software
16. Proven customer service experience
17. Full time, Monday to Thursday to 5pm, Friday to 4pm
18. Driver’s license
19. Be Covid 19 Vaccinated
