We've known this to be true for 133 years and on the heels of our new rebrand that has everyone talking, we're looking for a social media and partnerships expert to drive our new brand across social and influencer marketing. Working closely with the Shareholder-CMO (ex frank body founder) and Ecom Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for social strategy, content production, community engagement, and partnerships that bring Betts' new brand positioning to life. From influencer relationships to day-to-day posting, this role ensures our social presence feels bold, modern, and aligned.
This role is designed for someone who loves witty copy, great design, fashion and most importantly - is on the cutting edge of what drives engagement and growth via social media.

Core Responsibilities
1. Social Strategy & Execution
* Develop and execute monthly social strategy aligned with the campaign calendar.
* Manage content planning, briefing, and scheduling across channels.
* Oversee community management and engagement reporting.
2. Influencer & Brand Partnerships
* Own influencer database, outreach, gifting, and paid collaborations.
* Manage all brand partnership opportunities (e.g. co-labs, events, content swaps).
* Track performance and report on earned reach and ROI.
3. Content Creation
* Create static and video content across all key social platforms.
* Brief designers, videographers, influencers and UGC creators as required.
* Ensure tone and aesthetic are consistent with brand guidelines.
4. Reporting & Insights
* Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions).
* Use insights to inform content evolution and posting cadence.
Ideal Background
* 5+ years in social media and influencer marketing, ideally in fashion or lifestyle.
* Skilled in short-form content, trend spotting, and community building.
* Confident communicator and project manager with creative instincts.
