Job Title: Chef De Partie
We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to lead our kitchen team at Adelaide Airport. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning menus, ordering supplies and ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of ingredients, develop new recipes and innovate menu offerings. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene within the kitchen.
* Leading hospitality experience in a similar role;
* Degree or certificate in Commercial Cookery;
* Excellent communication skills;
