The Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our Narangba branch, specialising in aluminium window and door solutions for residential and commercial projects.
You will play a key role in growing our market presence while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets and KPIs aligned with the annual windows and doors budget
Build and maintain long-term client relationships, enhancing G. James' brand presence
Collaborate with the Sales Manager and wider sales team to meet business objectives
Prepare and present regular sales reports to management
Provide professional, responsive customer service to ensure project success
About You
Proven experience in the windows and doors industry (essential)
Proven sales experience (essential)
Proficient with business systems, including MS Office; V6 quoting software preferred
Strong communication skills
Customer-focused, with a proactive approach to feedback and continuous improvement
Professional, organized, and a positive contributor to team culture
Current Australian driver's licence
