Job Overview
As Administration & Returns Team Leader, you will provide leadership to the Home Delivery Centre (HDC) Administration & Return teams, supporting all administration and returns tasks relevant to servicing Customer, Store, and Support Office needs.
Your key accountabilities will include:
* Leading effective and compliant administration processes and tasks for the HDC, including inbound customer/store service, stock receipting/invoice management, store replenishment coordination, site consumables, and customer collections oversight.
* Managing Bulky Goods Returns routines, processes, and systems, ensuring team performance and compliance against expected standards to meet site objectives.
* Ensuring all Administration and Return activities on site meet company and legislative requirements, with emphasis on safe work practices, hazard reporting, and incident response.
* Supporting HDC labour management objectives through Time & Attendance system maintenance, updating, and reporting.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Year 12 education minimum.
* Relevant experience in a high-volume warehouse environment, preferably in the Retail sector.
* Demonstrated experience leading teams, particularly in administration-focused roles.
* High proficiency in process management, systems use, and office-based tools.
