We have both retail and online stores. We are seeking a professional & positive online Customer Service Agent for our online customers
**Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Providing and maintaining friendly, helpful and qualified customer service to customers at all times.
- Identifying and fulfilling customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Processing & assessment of return items
- Other Ad-hoc tasks as assigned and general shopfront tasks
**To succeed in this role you will have**:
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively. Capacity to work independently and proactively
- Have knowledge in IT/ mobile phone products and E-commerce.
- Previous experience in professional customer service.
- A positive confident approach to customer service and problem-solving
- Flexibility across a 7-day roster, a mix of weekdays and weekends might require
