About the role
Our single goal is to provide a service that improves the health of rural people and helps communities thrive, and in this role, you'll grow long-term relationships with patients in the communities helping them access care so they can manage their health within their own community.
In this role, you will join a collaborative, close-knit team that prioritises teamwork to achieve the best health outcomes for patients diagnosed with Colorectal Cancer. You will be supported by Bathurst Oncology Services and the McGrath Foundation, where your work and dedication will be seen and appreciated.
This service operates out of the Daffodil Cottage and is a Monday to Friday service.
