As part of our team, you will help move talent across the globe and reshape the way businesses manage and support their international and domestic workforces. You will also contribute to the development of cutting‐edge, efficient, and compliant global mobility programs, and bring creative solutions to the market.
This is a hybrid position based in Warrang – Sydney or Naarm – Melbourne. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.
Your key responsibilities
* End-to-End Mobility Tax Solutions: Deliver comprehensive tax advisory and compliance services that support HR, payroll, and mobility teams throughout the assignment lifecycle—enhancing talent mobility in a cost‐effective and compliant manner.
* Cross-Border Strategy & Innovation: Manage tax and regulatory complexities for business travellers and remote workers, offering strategic insights that strengthen global workforce planning and cross‐border mobility.
* Tax Reporting & Governance Expertise: Provide guidance on home and host country tax obligations, assess individual tax residency, prepare returns and equalisation settlements, and ensure audit‐ready compliance across employment tax categories.
Skills and attributes for success
* Mobility Program Leadership: Brings extensive experience in building and managing corporate mobility programs within large organisations or professional services, including in‐house and service provider environments.
* Client & Communication Excellence: Demonstrates strong client relationship management, especially with executive‐level assignees, and excels in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication to engage effectively with clients and teams.
* Strategic Agility & Commercial Awareness: Combines strategic insight and commercial awareness across industries with a flexible, enthusiastic approach to work, including the ability to deliver under pressure and showcase solutions such as technology demos.

The salary range for this role is AUD 90,000 to AUD 110,000 inclusive of superannuation, dependent on skills, experience and work location.
