Role Overview
You will play a pivotal role in driving successful project delivery and aligning project outcomes with organisational objectives, maximising the value of project investments.
In this leadership role, you will focus on building and developing a high-performing PMO team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in project, program, and portfolio management (P3M). You will manage and evolve local P3M standards, oversee the implementation and optimisation of project management tools and governance frameworks, and ensure effective reporting and performance monitoring. By promoting collaboration, driving innovation, and maintaining robust oversight, you will ensure that projects are delivered efficiently, risks are managed proactively, and strategic goals are consistently supported.
Skills and Experience Needed
* Ability to develop and lead PMO and project management teams, ensuring capability development plans are in place;
* Experience in establishing and maintaining governance for delivery, defining clear roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities that align with corporate governance practices;
* Experience in conducting proactive health checks and reviews, supporting project teams with implementing findings and recommendations, and addressing non-conformance issues;
* Proven ability to promote a culture that motivates and inspires excellent P3M performance, embraces change, and delivers continuous improvement.

Hybrid Working
Typically involves 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home each week. Some occasional travel to other offices may be required.
