Additional responsibilities include interpreting financial data to develop clear actions, supporting trade distributors with end-user requirements, and driving profitable sales revenue through effective relationship-building and leveraging technical expertise.
As a high-performing sales professional, the successful candidate will have a natural ability to build lasting relationships with trade customers, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional results in a competitive market.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 5+ years of trade related sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
* Technical knowledge of silicones, sealants, and adhesives to support demonstrations and solutions.
* Strong communication and influencing skills to build effective relationships with trade customers.
* Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities to interpret financial data and develop clear actions.
* Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with broader teams.
