Helpdesk Specialist
We are seeking a customer-focused and skilled Helpdesk professional to fill this role.
The successful candidate will provide technical support and assistance to teams in Australia, with responsibilities including:
* Internet/IT troubleshooting
* Providing IT technical support
* Participating in IT projects
* Managing backup solutions
* Setting up new employee log-ins and workstations
* Setting up SAP (Full SAP training provided)

About You
We are looking for a reliable person who is calm under pressure and enjoys being the go-to person and assisting in all areas as needed.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 1 year's experience in a Level 1 Helpdesk role
* Experience using SAP (but willing to train)
* Minimum Diploma in IT or equivalent
* Excellent time management skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Enthusiastic demeanour
* Results-orientated with a focus on customer service
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
