Key Responsibilities:
* Administer immunisations and manage post-vaccine observations.
* Triage and prioritise emergency situations.
* Support GPs with minor surgical procedures.
* Maintain accurate patient clinical data.
* Provide wound care, including dressings and suture removal.
* Offer patient education and coaching to support health outcomes.
* Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented practice culture.
About You
We are looking for nurses who are passionate about patient care and committed to working as part of a collaborative clinical team. You will bring:
* A current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse.
* Previous experience in General Practice or an acute care setting.
* Strong time management and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A warm, patient-focused attitude and a team-first approach.
