Store Leadership Role
We're seeking a talented leader to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team members.

Your background in inventory management, payroll administration, and team leadership will enable you to make informed decisions and drive store performance.

* You have a proven track record in retail management, with a focus on sales growth, customer satisfaction, and team development
* You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team
* You're skilled in administrative tasks such as payroll, inventory management, and visual merchandising, ensuring a well-organised and visually appealing store environment
* You're passionate about achieving sales targets and driving business results
* You hold an RSA certification or are willing to obtain one if you don't
