We are seeking a Centre Director to lead our team and become a valued member of our ELC family.
Our centre is a unique, not-for-profit, community-based childcare centre located in Swan Hill, Victoria.
We offer a beautiful homely space where children are encouraged to learn and play indoors and outdoors.
The successful applicant will have:
* Proven experience in a director or leadership role within an early childhood education setting.
* A minimum of 3 years in a similar management role, with a strong understanding of early childhood education, team management, and financial oversight.
* A relevant Early Childhood qualification (Diploma or Degree level) and meets ACECQA requirements.
The Centre Director will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care.
They will also ensure compliance with all regulatory, financial, and operational requirements.
The successful applicant will excel in team leadership, communication, and strategic thinking.
They will be community-minded, collaborative, and committed to making a meaningful impact.
This is a full-time position with flexibility around work hours for the right candidate.
