People Services Coordinator Role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our People Services team in a secondment capacity.
This is an excellent opportunity for a current Store Manager or Assistant Manager to gain experience and contribute to key employee touchpoints across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing guidance and support on people-related matters
* Acting as a trusted administrator and first point of contact for Frontline Team Members, Line Managers, and People Business Partners
Requirements:
* Strong retail knowledge and understanding of store operations
* Ability to manage high volumes of work and be highly organized
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
