What Your Day Might Look Like
* Enjoy meaningful community-based work supporting clients in their own homes across Melbourne\'s inner‐west and inner‐north communities, from Sunshine to Brunswick, with essential availability on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.
* Work independently on the road with $0.99 travel reimbursement. Own vehicle and a current provisional or open licence.
* Deliver person-centred care, supporting clients with personal care, mobility, and everyday living.
* Create safe, comfortable homes while promoting dignity, choice, and independence.
* Build meaningful relationships through companionship and support clients to stay connected with their community.
What You Bring
* Experience supporting aged care clients in their own homes with daily living and household tasks.
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care (with transcripts).
* Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
* Valid driver\'s licence and reliable, insured vehicle.
* Comfortable travelling up to 45 to 60 minutes.
What You Need to Know
* Guaranteed 20 to 40 hours per fortnight, depending on availability, with the opportunity to increase after probation.
* Preferably available across weekdays, with essential availability on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
* Flexible working hours, with services scheduled between 7:00am and 7:00pm.
* Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check and provide proof of work rights in Australia.
