Job Title: Lead Bar Team Member
We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead our bar team with care, maturity and attention to detail in staff training, customer service and positive attitude.
The ideal candidate will have experience in staff management, float balancing, cash handling, T.A.B., Keno, Gaming and excellent customer service skills.
Additionally, they must be available to work night and weekend shifts.
Current RSA and RCG certification is required for this position.
* Oversee the bar team to deliver exceptional customer service experiences.
* Develop and train staff to meet hotel standards through regular feedback and coaching.
* Manage float balancing and cash handling procedures to minimize losses.
* Support T.A.B., Keno and Gaming operations as needed.
